aren't able to attend. Historically,
we've been able to play everyone who
has came out as some of the top 40 will
not be able to make it out to play.

Nichols placed in the money in the second
largest poker tournament of all time.
So Nicky made the money, Ben Nash played with
Evenly Ng and about 2 hours in Phil Hellmuth
sits on Spry's immediate left. It was and
experience of a lifetime and we can't
wait until next year.
Another handful of APC'ers are either in Vegas
or going out soon... good luck everyone!

What
an awesome online
poker league event we had on Sunday.
A huge response with 22 players joining the
battle at FullTilt Poker.
Congratulations
to Troywillwin (his name says it
all) - - for taking home first place!
WildOats
played a hard fought match against everyone's
favorite table maniac, JaeSungEeda.
The
Joelarbear was an exercise in patience
after being low stacked fairly early - holding
on to finish a respectable (but on the bubble)
4th place finish. You got way ahead on the
flop with Aces, only to die
to a third 3 on the river.
If you are an APC Player with points earned
and you're looking for something fun to do
on Sunday evenings, then you've just found
it!

 As
most of you guys know I'm a pretty big fan
of online poker. I've been playing online
for over 2 years and have consistently won
at lower stakes online poker. I'm going to
start giving a report of my weekly win or
loss rate. We'll see how I do between now
and the Vegas Trip as I plan on taking a large
portion of my bankroll with me to play at
the live tables.

I didn't play much this week, a couple of
marginal winning sessions and one big loss
the one time I did play.
I lost a quick $65 playing 1/2 limit shorthaned
at Bodog... just 2nd best hand getting owned
by an aggressive table.
If you are a Sit-N-Go fan
they've got a SNG table called 'Maui' that
has a $15k bonus attached
to it. It cost's $5.00 +.50 to play
and if you win 5 times in
a row, they throw in a bonus
of $15,000! Check their Terms
and Conditions as they will disqualify you
if they think you're colluding or see soft
play.
6foot3 won $7k
at the $100k Guaranteed tourney
at Bodog. Nicely played man, keep
it up. 4th place is very respectable
in this huge tourney. There was around 40%
of overlay (extra money added) in this tourney
and he qualified for $10 bucks, Not a bad
ROI!
Here is Bodog's
tournament schedule and just
look for the tourneys that have a Guaranteed
Prize Pool... these nearly always
have overlay! They've got eight guaranteed
tourneys.
