FreeRoll rocked! We had over
20 players out this past Sunday playing
in a no-holds barred No Limit tourney
at FullTilt
Poker! Grube dominated
from early on and had built a huge chip
lead by the time we made it to the final
table! I don't know if it was the fact
that his avatar was a monkey,
or that he just played good poker but
hats off to Grube for
taking home 1st place and $25 bucks
of well earned FreeRoll

want to play in.
CONFIRMED - 6 people going with 2

there to play in the $1500 NL Event on June
3rd. This is a bracelet event and there will
most likely be some satellite tournaments
running for very reasonable buy-in amounts.

 As
most of you guys know I'm a pretty big fan
of online poker. I've been playing online
for over 2 years and have consistently won
at lower stakes online poker. I'm going to
start giving a report of my weekly win or
loss rate. We'll see how I do between now
and the Vegas Trip as I plan on taking a large
portion of my bankroll with me to play at
the live tables.

Before I get into this weeks online
poker adventures, I just wanted to say that
I had 2 different people personally thank
me for recommending Bodog
Poker to them! Like I said, Bodog's
players SUCK and the Multi-Table Tournaments
are the absolute best value on the market
today. So many guaranteed money tourneys with
so few players! I'm glad you guys
are enjoying Bodog Poker!
It was a relatively light week for me as far
as getting to play much online poker. I
joined a few other APC'ers for some No-Limit
Ring game on Noble
Poker, for a few hours with modest gains
each time. I'm still releasing that juicy
juicy deposit bonus. So far so good.
I have doubled my initial deposit of $500
but my goal of getting it to $1500 before
I leave for Vegas on June 1st probably isn't
going to happen unless i just get some great
runs. I think I'm going to look for some short-handed
limit games around the 2/4 or 3/6 levels.
I did witness a BRUTAL hand
last night with a couple of APC'ers at the
NL Tables on Noble. Here's the situation,
Pocket Kings raises pre-flop with a LOOSE
player calling him and the flop comes A, 10,
rag offsuit. Kings bets and is called, Turn
is another Blank and it goes Check/Check...
River is the King. Set of Kings bets $20 into
a pot of $30 and is Raised to $60... Set of
Kings goes all in for another $150 only to
be quickly called!
Loose player turns over QJo for the NUT Straight.
Talk about a horrible card on the river for
the Un-named APC player. Ugh...

has some Multi-Table Tourneys
that I'm going to play. They call them "Bracelet
Races" and you can buy in to
the tourney for only $24+2 with the winner
getting a $2000 package to go play in one
of the smaller events at the WSOP.
I'd love to win my way in to event #2 even
though I've built my online bankroll high
enough where I can just buy straight in if
I need to. Regardless, I'm going to play in
some of these and I'm going to try some of
their 'Pieces of the Pro's"
tourneys where everyone who gets to the final
table wins a % of a pro in the WSOP. I'd like
to win 10% of Phil Ivey... first place will
be around 7-8 Million most likely, that's
700k if he wins 1st. Schweet.
Ok - Bodog
is giving away 1 seat for everyday in May
to the WSOP. Saturdays event only
had 32 players with the 1st place
finisher getting a WSOP Main Event Seat! I
wish I hadn't of missed it! Plus Bodog is
still the best for Overlay Tourneys. Check
out Bodog's
tournament schedule and
just look for the tournaments that have a
Guaranteed Prize Pool...
these nearly always have overlay! they've
got eight guaranteed tourneys.
