past week, Cinco De Mayo at Jeffreys
Braselton was a serious party and the
crowds and competition at ALL of the
Atlanta Poker Club locations are still
growing!

**Our past
FreeRoll was a ton of fun! This one
was APC Only and we managed to keep
it to APC only this time! I
have to give a big congrats to VikkiMac
who overcame a huge chip deficit against
yours truly after it got heads up. Vikki
played great and made one fantastic
bluff that I think turned the tide in
her favor to take home the first place
prize... not to mention that she did
win a key coin flip when I put her all
in with my Pocket 5's pre-flop against
her J8 suited.

schedule - Event # 2 is the tourney we
want to play in.
We've gotten around 6
people going already! If you are
interested in going to Vegas for the World
Series of Poker (even if you don't plan on
playing) then let us know! We are going out
there to play in the $1500 NL Event on June
3rd. This is a bracelet event and there will
most likely be some satellite tournaments
running for very reasonable buy-in amounts.

 As
most of you guys know I'm a pretty big fan
of online poker. I've been playing online
for over 2 years and have consistently won
at lower stakes online poker. I'm going to
start giving a report of my weekly win or
loss rate. We'll see how I do between now
and the Vegas Trip as I plan on taking a large
portion of my bankroll with me to play at
the live tables.

I didn't get
to play a whole lot of online poker this past
week. I mostly did some low-limit
grinding over at Noble
Poker, working on releasing that juicy
juicy bonus. So far so good. I deposited
$500 a while back and I'm $70 bucks away from
doubling it. I'd like to grow it to a full
$1500 before I leave for Vegas on June 1st!
I've got some playing to do! I played a little
3/6 shorthanded Limit and made a quick $150
and then I played some 1/2 limit and some
2/4 limit leaving with a decent profit both
times. I don't think I had a single loosing
session.
Now I'm not normally one to be what is referred
to as a 'Bonus Whore' (someone
who plays at certain sites just because of
the Bonus money offered), but the incredible
deal offered at Noble Poker
is just too good to pass up!

that I'm going to play. They call them "Bracelet
Races" and you can buy in to
the tourney for only $24+2 with the winner
getting a $2000 package to go play in one
of the smaller events at the WSOP.
I'd love to win my way in to event #2 even
though I've built my online bankroll high
enough where I can just buy straight in if
I need to. Regardless, I'm going to play in
some of these and I'm going to try some of
their 'Pieces of the Pro's"
tourneys where everyone who gets to the final
table wins a % of a pro in the WSOP. I'd like
to win 10% of Phil Ivey... first place will
be around 7-8 Million most likely, that's
700k if he wins 1st. Schweet.
Ok - Bodog
is giving away 1 seat for everyday in May
to the WSOP. Saturdays event only
had 32 players with the 1st place
finisher getting a WSOP Main Event Seat! I
wish I hadn't of missed it! Plus Bodog is
still the best for Overlay Tourneys. Check

Guaranteed Prize Pool...
these nearly always have overlay! they've
got eight guaranteed tourneys.
