As most of you guys
know I'm a pretty big fan of online poker.
I've been playing online for over 2 years
and have consistently won at lower stakes
online poker. I'm going to start giving
a report of my weekly win or loss rate.
We'll see how I do between now and the Vegas
Trip as I plan on taking a large portion
of my bankroll with me to play at the live
tables.
In last weeks
shuffle I talked about focusing on my Limit
Ring Play.
Funny thing is that as soon as
I wrote the last weeks article, I decided
to play 2 tables of 3/6 limit. Now I don't
know if it was just a bad run of cards or
if I thought I could just outplay everyone
but I got smoked down a quick $180.
Ouch! Lesson learned...
let's stick to 1 table at a time right now.
I don't see how you guys mult-table like
you do.
I actually decided to try some NL50 at Party
Poker. - I am glad i did, I forgot about
all the Fish that swim there. I doubled
up with the nuts once and the near nuts
twice.
Also, Party just changed their limits, at
the $50 buyin NL table blinds are .50/1.00.
If you find the right table you can see
flops cheap and hit big hands.
So, after the early losses I made up all
but about $30 of it playing NL (plus I played
a small multi that i failed to get any cards).
Last weeks results: $-30
Total hours played = +-7
Current Bankroll = $861.00
Alltime high ($1108)
Alltime low ($45 - initial buyin of $50
2 years ago).
Goal by the end of March - Bankroll = $1200
(looking rough unless i get some good runs)
