SPRY
- Welcome to the Weekly Shuffle, a Kickasspoker.com
exclusive. We’ve got lots to talk
about in this weeks shuffle, there’s
been lots of good poker and lots of growth
for the APC. Not only that but the poker
world has gotten its first glimpse of the
2004 WSOP Champion, Greg Raymer, and his
silly sunglasses with the monster eyes on
them. What is that about? Sit back, grab
another cup of coffee and read this weeks
shuffle.

APC Tourney Info
The Atlanta Poker Club continues to put
on the best poker tournaments in Atlanta.
We’ve strategically grown with the
right locations and have gained the following
of some of the best poker enthusiasts in
the city. We appreciate everyone’s
continued support and we look forward to
a great second season. Speaking of Season
II, it will begin the week of September
13th and will run through Christmas. Tenatively,
we will crown our Season II championship
the week or weekend before Christmas.
Jeffreys Suwanee will continue to have
weekly poker tournaments, no break for Labor
Day. These next 2 tournaments will be for
fun and more APC staff will be playing.
No bounties this time, it’s an even
playing field for all. These two weeks will
be for pride – let’s see how
the cards fall.
What’s the deal with the Jeffreys
Alpharetta Championship? The honest answer
is we aren’t sure what is going to
happen there. We are going to have a championship
tournament, but we just aren’t sure
exactly when that is going to happen. Honest
answer is that Jeffreys in Alpharetta is
for sale (or is already sold, they don’t
tell me these things) and we will have to
talk with the buyers. I have been assured
that we are part of the deal for the new
location, but this one is out of our hands.
Once we know more we will schedule the championship
event and crown our Season I Champion for
Alpharetta. Points will continue to count
until the week of September 13th, which
is when Season II will begin. Keep an eye
on KAP for more information.
Southern Comfort was a great event and
they make a great addition to the APC family.
The location is great and we enjoyed seeing
lots of APC regulars showing up for the
tourney. See you guys at SC this coming
Friday!
