 It’s
Season I Championship Tournament time! The
Championship Tournament for Jeffrey's Suwanee
is this Sunday, August 22nd. Everyone should
be on site and signed in by 4:30 and cards
are in the air at 5:30. Click
here to see if you made the top 50 and
to see if you’ve got a guaranteed
seat! Didn’t make the top 50? Don’t
despair, there might still be a chance to
play…read on.
We already know that not everyone in the
top 50 will actually be able to make the
tournament. Some people are out of town
on vacation and some have to work etc…
There will most likely be an opportunity
for a few of those who didn’t quite
make it into the top 50 to still get in
the event (final
standings). The top 50 in points will
have seats and we will fill in any open
seats starting first with KAPL Exclusive
members who did not make the top 50. If
the tournament does fill up and there are
still some KAPL Exclusive members who do
not have a seat then they will be the only
alternates allowed in the championship tourney.
No other alternates will be allowed.
The more likely scenario is that the top
50 will sit, the remaining KAPL Exclusive
members will sit and we will still have
a few seats open. We will fill those seats
starting with the next highest point scorer
who is on site and ready to play. These
seats will be filled at 5:25, just barely
before the tournament begins.
Come out and watch! We encourage all of
you to come out and help us crown our Season
I Champion. We expect there to be lots and
lots of poker going on all day and the entire
event is guaranteed to be lots of fun.

2nd place: 500 Piece 11.5G Chip Set + Hat
and Shirt
3rd place: 300 Piece 9G Chip Set + Hat and
Shirt
4th place: 80 Piece 9G Chip Set + Hat and
Shirt
5th place: Hat and Shirt.
We’ll see everybody this Sunday at
Jeffreys Suwanee! Be there by 4:30 for seat
assignment!
