How to Qualify for the WSOP Tournament
The top 50 overall points leaders from Seasons
4 and 5.
Winner in each individual Venue Championship
Event for Seasons 4 and 5.
Top 2 in points for each venue in Seasons
4 and 5.
Here is the
Atlanta Poker Club Invitation List-
If your name is on the list, you qualified
for the WSOP tournament. If your name is not
on the list then you did not meet the requirements
this time.
Starting Chips:
Everyone starts with a base of 2500 chips
and the more WSOP overall points you earn
(from the past 2 season), the more chips you
start the WSOP tournament with.
1st - 2000 bonus chips, 4500 to start
2nd through 5th - 1500 bonus chips, 4000 total
to start
6th through 10th - 1000 bonus chips, 3500
to start
11th through 20th - 500 bonus chips, 3000
to start
21st+ - No additional starting chips.
Remaining tournament structure will follow
traditional Atlanta Poker Club procedures.
Seating Priority
The top 50 in combined WSOP points from Season
4 and 5 are guaranteed a seat. In the event
that players tie for 50th place, a high card
will determine who gets the starting seat
and who is the first alternate. Alternates
will be added based on overall WSOP points.
You must register
by 12:30 at the latest to ensure your starting
spot
The Prize - a seat in the World Series
of Poker
Winner of this tournament will recieve a World
Series of Poker Seat into event # 37 of the
WSOP, scheduled on July 25th at the Rio in

Airfare and hotel are not included - we are
working on discounted package rates but winner
will be responsible for providing their own
travel and lodging. In the event that the
winner can not attend the WSOP in Event #37,
they have the option to enter another tournament
of their choice not exceeding $1500 in value.
Seat is non-transferable and must be used
as an entry into a poker tournament.
