Default Matrix Games on Full Tilt

Has anyone tried the new matrix tournaments on Full Tilt? If you take any medication for ADD or ADHD, you will need to come off the meds prior to playing.

It's basically four games running simultaneously with all of the same players. So you are playing four games at once. In each game, the seating is different....which is great. There ares several different ways to cash (rules are posted on FT).

I played my first matrix tournament tonight ($1 entry, 9 players) just to see what it was like and I loved it!!

What was it like, Jeremiah? Bingo poker or what? I imagine if it's the same four players, it can get really confusing switching windows and making sure you're in the right hand.

I kinda like it.....I won 2 outta 4 and split the matrix pot. It becomes a bit much at some point, but once you realize how to play against the players that are in other hands you can push it around.

Clint, it's 6 or 9 players, not 4 players. You play 4 games and they have an option to tile your tables.

Yeah, when you are heads-up at one table and still playing in the other 3 tables, it gets a little crazy.....that's probably why I like it.

I've played in apx 10 of em they are really fast paced and really fun but you are not going to make any money in them at all. I cashed each time i played but came out with a very negative return for my investment. I been playing the 11 dollar games and played in one 22 dollar game . You get knock out points ,survival points and win points. I can't seem to be able to figure out the pay out structure. I wiould stay away unless you want to just play for fun . Pay outs remind me of some kind of casino games to much luck involved. I have tried the 4 table tiled screen and also tried the cascading screen.

Totally agree Bozz, they are just for fun. Even when you win, you don't make much money.

I would like them a whole lot more if each table was a different game....HORSE but different tables.

Playing horse in the matrix is a trip. Not all the tables are on the same game at the same time and you have to pay really close attention. I'm used to playing two tables at once, but with four, and fast, it keeps you really going! Fun!

My last session, I finished 1st on two tables and 2nd on the other two....for the overall winner. Talk about FAST play.....was pretty chaotic for awhile!!! LOVE IT!

Bill,

You are absolutely correct.

I have a lap top and every table is in miniature, and it is a trip to try and view the hands...think I could do better if I could just see the cards!
