Gambling online in georgia

I was thinking about getting back into online poker and my friend told me that it is illegal to gamble online in georgia. I thought it isn't illegal yet. Any sites you guys can recommend on the laws. Or does anyone know 100% what the laws are? Not good with the legal mumbo jumbo either.

Its not illegal unless you get caught and you won't get caught unless you admit it on an online forum.

Techically, it is a criminal act to gamble for money in the State of Georgia. Techincally it is illegal to transmit gaming money over wires and through radio waves. But, there is no way to get caught unless you tell the police what you are doing, so hush - sshhh!

The cops are monitoring this forum and they are watching you right now. See that car sitting across the street? See that camera on the pole?

Whatever you do, just don't keep your links to Fulltilt et. al. in the same folder as your porn and you should be OK.
