When's the last time we had a monthly Inside the Perimeter? Pretty nice for the OTPers to not have to drive 42 miles to compete in it....
Yeah we had the Grand at Famous... once every 4 months does not even out. I am complaining yet again!!! And I am not the only one. I call shennanigans Sir, shennanigans Last edited by ashleigh; 01-19-2012 at 10:36 AM.. Reason: typo |

So you edited for a typo?
Also the special events like monthly's and Allstars are usually offered to one of the newer venues to A.) encourage new players and II.) to give the new venues a little something extra. Be glad they didn't give it to Wing Slingers. Last edited by EvilWeenie; 01-19-2012 at 06:43 PM.. Reason: Who says I edited anything? |

I thought the food at Del Rio's was great - almost as good as my favorite Mexican restaurant (El Tapatio in Tucker - I've been going there for about 20 years), and I think I've found my new Saturday afternoon venue. As for typos, it's shenanigans, dear girl, shenanigans.

I'm not sure I like the idea of eliminating both Allstars and the monthly; those are good ways to reward the players who can't get out as often. Also, it seems there are more OTP's than ITP's so I think it would have to be based on average player turnout. If the ITP's have more players per event then it would balance out the fact that there are fewer venues to compete with.

Why complicate everything by having ITP against OTP? Like Vikki said, it's the Atlanta Poker Club, not the Gwinnett Poker Club or the Dekalb Poker Club.
