Mama Mia's Pot Limit Omaha - Season 25 - Winter 2012
We had 11 players on 1 table and thanks so much to Wendy for dealing.
This was an aggressive night! Top 6 - 6 - Richard Duncan 5 - Tram Vu 4 - Barry Miller 3 - Steve Quach and heads up between chip leader Aimee and Wendy. Aimee had the chips all night and had held on to them for most of the game. Wendy became chip leader then Aimee got them back. Wendy took them again. 2 - Aimee Kargen 1 - Wendy Davidson - automatic entry into the $777 December Monthly! Good game! See you next Wednesday!

Right now, it looks doubtful I will be playing much poker at all for a while. The estimate the mechanic gave me today about made my eyes pop out of my head. The car is officially grounded now and I won't be driving it anywhere except the grocery store down the road.

Wednesday - December 21st
We had 9 players on 1 table and thanks so much to Wendy for dealing.
Relaxing and good PLO. The salad I had tonight was great! Looking forward to Friday lunch! Top 5 - 5 - Chat Mangkang 4 - Wendy Davidson 3 - Aimee Kargen and heads up between JT Doc and Richard. It was a good game and JT couldn't overcome Richard's chip lead. 2 - JT Doc 1 - Richard Mailman Good game! See you Friday for Hold'em!

Wednesday - December 28th
We had 8 players on 1 table and thanks to Kevin for dealing!
We eat, we laugh, we play PLO...not bad! Top 4 - 4 - Karen Buerki 3 - Richard Mailman and heads up between Tram and Mary Lee. Mary Lee had the most chips for most of the game. Tram had the most when heads up began and the chips went back and forth. 2 - Mary Lee Nichols 1 - Tram Vu Good game! See you Friday for Hold'em.

Tournament PLO is a fascinating game. It was a good night! Top 9 - 9 - Steve Quach 8 - Richard Mailman 7 - Wendy Davidson 6 - Laura Davidson 5 - Kevin Ilias 4 - Patryk Skoplak 3 - Tram Vu and heads up between Player X and Mary Lee. It was thoughtful and good play. 2 - Mary Lee Nichols 1 - Player X Good game! See you Friday for Texas Hold'em!

Wednesday - January 11th
We had 14 players on 2 tables and thanks so much to dealers Ryan, Player X, and KingAnything.
This was a good game with solid play. It is such a fun group. We talked about horror films and the one where you look in the mirror and say the Candy Man three times and the Candy Man appears behind you in the mirror and hooks you to death. Anyway, Richard Mailman said if you look in the mirror and say Mailman three times, he will appear behind you in the bathroom dressed in a postal outfit and carrying stamps. Top 7 - 7 - KingAnything 999 6 - Player X 5 - Ben Taylor 4 - Laura Davidson 3 - Richard Mailman and heads up between Big Time Mary Ice and Steve. Mary Ice had the most chips and kept them. 2 - Steve Quach 1 - Mary Ice Good game!

We had 18 players on 2 tables and thanks so much to dealers Rashad, Ryan, and Kevin!
This is becoming quite the tournament with player longevity. No more immediate "pot" outs! Great to see! We had a royal flush on the flop with Q, J, 10 of diamonds and the A,K of diamonds held by one player. Top 9 - 9 - Steve Quach 8 - Mary Ice 7 - Kevin Ilias 6 - Tram Vu 5 - Melody Wiggins 4 - Ryan Dancey 3 - Player X and heads up between Barry and Patryk. Barry was getting the cards and following through. 2 - Patryk Skoplak 1 - Barry Miller Good Game! See you Friday for Hold'em!

Food was great as usual and we had an addition of Chicken Piccatta. Looking forward to it on Friday. Top 6 - 6 - Barry Miller 5 - Aimee Kargen 4 - Patryk Skoplak 3 - Mary Ice and heads up between Steve and Rooster. Steve had been big stacked the entire game. Rooster came in really short stacked and got lucky on some hands and took chips. Steve took them all back. 2 - Rooster Spain 1 - Steve Quach - won the automatic seat into the $777 Monthly! Good game!
