Winter Season '10

This is the largest event of any APC season! Attending this event allows you to have the true casino tournament experience! The use of antes as the blinds increase and over 200 competitors to test your skill!

You qualified in the following ways:

• Top 50 in Overall Points for the Season
• Top 10 in any qualfied Venue Points Race for the Season (qualified venue has played 8 times)
• Win a Season Venue Championship Tournament
• Win a Monthly Points Tournament
• Win the Monthly Points Race

Just a heads up...... For those of you playing in the Grand Championship!!

If you acidently lose all your chips... (grin) but you still are wanting to play some poker.....

Pirates Pub... just down the road at Clairmont and Buford Hwy.... will be delaying their Saturday game until 3PM. We will have a Pre-Game (Turbo) at 2pm.

So if you are wanting to still play... come on out. We have four tables and I will get as many of you in as possible.

It's a good chance to make some points for the new season.... good food.... great atmosphere.... Non-smoking but the front door is less than 30 feet away from all tables!!

This is my first visit here and I'm impressed. The staff seems very friendly and the management appears to be rather accommodating to the poker players, offering the largest nightly prizes that I've seen in several years.

Congratulations Kerm! As much as I would have liked to have taken that title, it's ok, I am so proud of myself for my game, I can honestly say I am not upset at any of the calls, bets, raises, or folds I made yesterday. Each play I made worked out for me to get me to the final and heads up, even the final play that sealed Kerm's victory. It was a great way to end the season for me. But anyway it's been one helluva season! Again Congrats Kerm!!! I do hate losing but if I had to lose to someone at the final table I am glad it was you. Hat's off to a well played season and a well earned victory.

Also need to say thank you to a very patient boyfriend who was knocked out quite early in the tourn. yet patiently waited and cheered me the whole day... Thanks hun!

Thanks to everyone for the congratulations. It was a fun tournament and I definitely got lucky a couple times when necessary. Only sucked out one time the whole tourney though. LOL!! True story!
