Video Recap and Spry’s Thoughts
Before discussing the videos, we would like to personally say welcome to the KickAssPoker.com newsletter. Fuller and I (KAP co-founders) promise to keep the newsletter interesting , informative and full of good information. We will make sure it is a newsletter you will actually want to read.
Alright, now to the videos.
First, understand that I am not a professional poker player, but a winning recreational player. I would rate my skill at above average at best. Many times I will not give the best advice, you will probably disagree with how I’ve played a hand, and you certainly should disagree with me, often! These videos are to just give you some direct insight into some things that I think about when playing. If you enjoy the videos enough to make an investment into a professional training version of this, I can recommend CardRunners.com as this is where I am a member and the instructors there are excellent.
I hope you enjoy the videos and take something from them to help you improve your game. If you haven’t yet signed up for the KickAssPoker.com newsletter, please click here and sign up now. We’ve got some cool contests running that you can take part in if you sign up asap.
For more strategy, be sure and hit the Kick A$$ Poker Strategy Forum for some good discussion on how to play and you can also request certain videos for us to do next. You can check out our current list of poker strategy articles here.
Spry’s favorite online poker room:
PokerStars.com Review
I like PokerStars because they have the best online poker software anywhere, and a simple and quick $50 deposit bonus for smaller stakes players, or those that want to start out playing small stakes first. The bonus is super easy to clear, and PokerStars accepts USA Poker Players.
Play online against Spry
If you want to test your mettle against Spry then join the KickAssPoker.com online poker league hosted at Bodog. Wednesday night competitive league with alternating $10 and $20 buyins. 12 weeks of competition, sick league prizes provided by Bodog every 12 weeks. New players always welcome to join. Sorry no Canadians as the Bodog doesn’t accept players from Canada, blimey! I don’t even know if Canadians say blimey, but it seemed good to me.
Alright, we hope you enjoyed this first video series and the rest of the articles in the newsletter. We’ll see you in the forum and at the tables.
