Next Poker Stars Team Pro Tuesday Is Today
Last week, Poker Stars kicked off its PokerStars Team Pro Tuesdays promotion. Every Tuesday up through and including December 29, the PokerStars tables will be covered with Team PokerStars Pros. That’s cash games and tournaments (Sit & Go and scheduled multi-table alike), with a slew of opportunities to play against some of poker’s biggest names. Or just watch from the rail. Make sure these guys think you are legit and brush up on all the poker rules before you sit down to play.
Joe Cada, the 2009 WSOP Main Event winner, and Peter Eastgate, the 2008 WSOP Main Event winner (the two youngest ever to claim that title), both having earned their seats via satellites on PokerStars, will be there. As will Chris Moneymaker, the man to first set the trend of PokerStars players satelliting themselves to a WSOP Main Event title. Fellow WSOP Main Event champs via PokerStars satellites Greg Raymer and Joe Hachem will round out that set. With them will be a host of other Poker Stars, including Daniel Negreanu, PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge tv host himself, as well as Barry Greenstein, Vanessa Rousso, Bertrand “Elky” Grospellier, and others.
Every Tuesday in December from 12 – 3 pm ET and from 7 – 10 pm, PokerStars Team Pro Tuesdays will be in full swing at the cash tables and Sit & Go’s.
Plus, there will be two Outlast the Pros tournaments held each Tuesday, one at 1 pm and the other at 8 pm ET, with an $11 buy-in and a bonus $1,000 bounty shared evenly between the last players remaining after all the Team PokerStars Pros have been knocked out.
