Party Poker Announces Summer Step Up Promo
Party Poker recently announced its summer Step Up promotion. Individuals that sign up through the site are eligible to play for the chance to participate in a $1000 freeroll. Individuals that have accumulated at least 10 Party Poker Points can participate in Step D of the five step tournament if they are willing to use those point for entry into the event.
The PartyPoker.net Step Up event consists of five steps, Step A-Step E. The first three steps A-C take begin on July 26th and finishes up on July 30. Step D starts and finishes on July 31 and Step E takes place on August 1st.
Step A requires a buy-in of $1.10. The site’s (Party Poker’s) standard payout distributions apply. There are some exceptions, namely that the players who finish in first and second place become automatically eligible to participate in Step E tournament. Third and fourth place finishers go to Step D.
The buy-in for Step B is $5.50. The top two finishers go to Step E, the $1000 freeroll and those who finish in third and fourth place earn a place in Step D.
Step C requires a buy-in of $11. Partypoker.com’s standard payouts apply. Those players who finish in first or second place move on to Step E. Third and fourth place finishers get to play in the $1000 freeroll (Step E).
Step D of the ‘Step Up’ Event is a $100 freeroll. Players who have qualified by placing atop of the Step A-C fields can participate. Individuals may also play if they have enough Party Poker points. Ten are required to gain entry into this Step.
Step E is the final event in this promo. Participants are competing for the opportunity to play for $1000. The tournament will take place on August 1st at 20:00 CET. The only individuals eligible to participate in this game are those who qualified via Steps A,B,C and D.

Party Poker Tournament Offering WSOP Main Event Seat for Life
The Party Poker site has just upped the ante with its newly launched Party Poker WSOP for Life promotion, in which some lucky poker player can win a free seat to play in every World Series of Poker Main Event for life (or the next 20 years, which ever may come first).
To get to the Party Poker WSOP for Life Grand Tournement finale, there are plenty of satellite routes:
