Kick Ass Poker League Starts Tonight!
Over $1000 in bonus league prizes up for grabs in this edition of the Kick Ass Poker league!
We are playing for 15 weeks now instead of 10 or 12 as usual, but only your top 8 scores will count. Meaning that if you miss some games it isn’t a big of deal, and you can still start later in the season.
We get a freeroll on week 16 with $300 in the prize pool from Bodog and to quality you have to be in the top 10 overall OR play in at least 10 games, or both. - Points do not count for the freeroll.

PokerStars Launches PokerStars.it
PokerStars has again been at the leading edge of creating high quality online poker experience for people all around the world, and now with the launch of PokerStars.it, PokerStars has a AAMS (state accepted monopoly) licensed way for Italian players to play for real money online at PokerStars.
Now while I don’t have all the details of the Italian law, it seems that PokerStars had to create PokerStars.it to market to Italian players and it also must allow them to play in exclusive poker tournaments with fees varying from half a euro 100 euros.
It appears that the Poker Stars.it will allow tournament play only and not online cash games, but this is better than the previous situation where Italian players were marketed the domain name PokerCheckRaise.com which was a different version of the PokerStars software, but that was still shut down not too long ago.

Daniel Negreanus PokerVt.com Reviewed
I just posted my review of PokerVt.com - the new online poker training school endorsed by Kid Poker himself, Daniel Negreanu. I’ve got to say that I was really impressed with the quality of the training materials provided by the team at PokerVt.com… they offered much more than online strategy videos, like our free online poker strategy videos we offer (of course ours are free, afterall).
Here is my Poker VT Review.
